If your FamilyWall Home Hub arrived but an accessory or other item is missing, first check the box and all packaging materials. Smaller accessories and mounting hardware may be packaged separately or secured within the packaging.
What’s included with my Home Hub?
Package contents may vary depending on your Home Hub model configuration. Your package may include:
- Home Hub display – 1
- Wall mount bracket – 1
- Mounting paper/template – 1
- Power adapter – 1
- Screwdriver – 1
- Level – 1
- Wall anchors – 6
- Long screws – 6
- Short screws – 5
Carefully check all packaging and inserts before discarding the box to make sure smaller accessories haven’t been overlooked.
Still missing an accessory?
If you’ve checked the packaging and an included item is still missing, contact FamilyWall Support and provide:
- Your order number
- The email address associated with your order
- The name or description of the missing item
- A photo of everything that was included in your Home Hub box
Our Support team will review the information and help determine the next steps.
Please keep your Home Hub, shipping box, and original packaging until your request has been resolved.
