If your FamilyWall Home Hub is having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, try the troubleshooting steps below.
Check your Wi-Fi connection
First, confirm that your home Wi-Fi network is working properly.
- Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on and your network is available.
- Check whether another device, such as your phone or computer, can connect to the same network.
- Confirm that you’re entering the correct Wi-Fi password.
- Move your Home Hub closer to your Wi-Fi router if the signal is weak.
Restart your Home Hub
Restarting your Home Hub may resolve temporary connection issues:
- Unplug your Home Hub from its power source.
- Wait approximately 30 seconds.
- Plug your Home Hub back in.
- Allow it to fully restart, then try connecting to Wi-Fi again.
Restart your router
If your Home Hub still won’t connect, try restarting your Wi-Fi router. Once your network is back online, try connecting your Home Hub again.
