If your FamilyWall Home Hub won’t turn on, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try before contacting Support.
Check the power connection
First, make sure your Home Hub is receiving power:
- Confirm that the power cable is securely connected to your Home Hub.
- Make sure the power adapter is securely plugged into the wall outlet.
- Unplug the power cable, wait approximately 30 seconds, and reconnect it.
- Try plugging the Home Hub into a different wall outlet to rule out an issue with the outlet.
- Check the power cable and adapter for any visible signs of damage.
Restart your Home Hub
If your Home Hub is connected to power but the screen remains blank, disconnect it from power for approximately 30 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and try turning it on again.
Allow a few moments for the Home Hub to start.
